as you release the to do lists and worries and your cares from your mind and carefully unwind body and soul for a fresh start on the day.

Stretching Session   $15

    Stretching is a beneficial therapeutic regimen
that can enhance the outcome of your treatments.
There are many different types of stretches that can be done actively and inactivity depending on the area and the problem.

Hand and Forearm Massage  $35.00

Carpel tunnel, texting, typing, holding babies, baking, sewing our arms get soar and tight and need that tension worked out so that we can function properly and do all the things we need to do. Come on in and get our special hand and arm treatment.
We begin with hot stones. Next we gently work in the lotion with many massage strokes to relax all the muscles and tendons. Stretches are next unless you are to soar, an then we remove any excess lotion with hot towels.
Just take a quick break or feel free to add it to your massage treatment.
